Shipping policy

Every Feral Chapter Co. order is printed to order just for you, then sent on its way. Here's exactly how UK delivery works, in plain English.

Shipping costs

• Flat-rate UK delivery — £3.99 on any order.
• Order 2 or more shirts and delivery's on us. We reward commitment to the cause.

When your order arrives

Because nothing's pre-made, each order is printed fresh before it's dispatched. Production usually takes around 2–5 business days, and UK delivery typically adds another 2–3 business days on top once it's on its way. Most orders land within roughly a week of ordering — give or take during busy spells like new drops or the holidays.

Tracking

Once your order's printed and dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. Refresh it obsessively or forget it exists until it turns up — both are valid reading-while-waiting strategies. (Heads up: tracking can take a day or so to start showing movement after it's collected.)

Delayed, lost, or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing's arrived, or your order seems stuck in transit, email us at feralchapter@gmail.com. We'll chase it with the courier and make it right where it's our responsibility.

Check your address

We can only ship to the address you give us at checkout, so please double-check it before you order — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. Spotted a mistake? Email us straight away and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes to print.
