Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Because every Feral Chapter Co. item is printed to order just for you, our returns work a little differently to a big high-street shop — here's exactly how, in plain English.

Made to order

Everything we sell is printed fresh when you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and your item doesn't exist until you buy it. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size. (This is standard for made-to-order items — which is why your size guide is your best friend. Please check it before you order.)

This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods — see Your statutory rights below.

If something's wrong, that's on us

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or it's simply not what you ordered, we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No interrogation required.

This covers things like:

  • Print defects, misprints, or the wrong design
  • Manufacturing faults, or damage that happened in transit
  • The wrong item, size, or colour compared to what you actually ordered

What's not covered

To keep things clear and fair, we can't refund or replace for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Ordering the wrong size (please check the size guide first — though if it arrives faulty, that's a different thing and we'll sort it)
  • Normal wear over time, or damage caused by washing against the care instructions
  • Issues reported outside the 30-day window below

How to make a claim

Email us at feralchapter@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of what's wrong
  3. A clear photo of the issue (and the print or label if relevant)

Photos let us resolve faults quickly and get a replacement moving — the more we can see, the faster we sort it.

Refunds and replacements

Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll either send a replacement at no cost to you, or refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval, though it can take a little longer for your bank or card provider to show it on your end.

You usually won't need to post the faulty item back. If we do need you to return something, we'll cover the cost and tell you exactly how.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing's arrived, or your order seems lost in transit, email us. We'll investigate with the courier and make it right where it's our responsibility.

Cancellations and changes

Because we print quickly, there's only a short window to change or cancel an order before it goes to production. If you need to amend or cancel, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best — but once an item has gone to print, we may not be able to stop it.

Your statutory rights

If you're a UK consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in this policy affects those rights. For more information, you can contact Citizens Advice.
